Miodrag Velemir, Attorney at Law

Miodrag Velemir is the founder of the Velemir Law Office. After many years at the City Development Agency of Novi Sad, in 2017 he was admitted to the Bar Association of Vojvodina and began his practice as an attorney.

Over that long professional engagement he built substantial expertise in construction, expropriation, land law and contract law, as well as other areas connected with property relations and the delivery of investment projects.

That experience and specialized knowledge form the foundation of his years in private practice, with particular focus on property law, land law, expropriation and contract law.

Bojan Velemir, Attorney at Law

Bojan Velemir was born in Novi Sad on 16 March 1996. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, in 2022 he was entered in the Register of Trainee Attorneys of the Bar Association of Vojvodina, where working in a law office gave him practical knowledge and experience across several areas of law.

During his traineeship he focused in particular on property law, expropriation, administrative and civil procedure, as well as labor and misdemeanor law.

After passing the judicial and bar examinations, in January 2026 he was entered in the Register of Attorneys of the Bar Association of Vojvodina and began practicing law independently.

In his work he is particularly focused on property law, expropriation and representing clients in court and administrative proceedings.
